TSD Athletic Department was proud to host the annual Rangers Spike Out Volleyball tournament last Sept 9-10, 2022. It was a good number of teams participating in the tournament. There were 8 teams in 5/6 Division and 10 teams in 7/8 Division and we scheduled all games in three gyms including four courts. Four Deaf volleyball officials lead the pool plays and brackets in two days.
TSD 7/8 VB team finished fifth place out of 10 teams, TSD 5/6 Blue VB team won first place in the Silver Bracket after playing in pool plays. TSD 5/6 White VB team showed all good efforts in the tournament and finished in 8th place. We are looking forward to continuing to host the Rangers Spike Out VB tournament again next year.
