The Ranger Strength and Conditioning program is built on unity, accountability, and pride. All Ranger coaches are actively involved to create a consistent and supportive training environment that reinforces our commitment to multi-sport participation and long-term athlete development. In addition to serving our student-athletes, the weight room is also made available to TSD staff as a resource to support personal fitness, wellness, and healthy lifestyles.
Middle School Focus
At the middle school level, the focus is on building a strong foundation through basic movement patterns and fundamental strength concepts. Student-athletes learn proper technique, body control, mobility, and safe training habits. The goal is to develop confidence, coordination, and a positive relationship with training—not max weight or specialization.
High School Focus
At the high school level, strength becomes the foundation for improving athletic performance. Speed, agility, power, and explosiveness can only be maximized through proper strength development. Training emphasizes progressive loading, discipline, and accountability while continuing to prioritize safety and long-term health.
Through intentional coaching and a unified approach, Ranger athletes develop strength, speed, mobility, and confidence. The Ranger Strength and Conditioning program prepares student-athletes for competition and leadership, while also promoting staff wellness through responsible, approved use of the weight room—fully aligned with TSD’s mission of developing the whole student and supporting a healthy campus community.
