Spring Off-Season Strength and Conditioning Sessions

Are you interested in being involved in spring strength and conditioning?  If so, we will begin tomorrow, February 19, and continue through April 24.  Sessions will run Monday-Thursday from 5:00 - 6:00 pm with Coach Kenneth Montanez.  We are excited to bring this back again this year!

 

If you want to be involved, you must fill out the Google form, which can be found in the flyer.  Day students are required to complete the after-school hours form to be allowed to stay in the dorm.  All students participating must remain in the dorm after school until the scheduled strength and conditioning time, from 3:30-4:50 pm.

 

Please note that this is specifically for students who are not playing spring sports and is open to all high school students.  Check out the flyer and sign up to join the club!
