13 Rangers qualified for the 2021 TAPPS 4A Track and Field Championships at Panther Stadium at Midway High School April 30 - May 1, 2021.
Friday morning, there was inclement weather projected throughout the entire weekend. We were concerned about the field event courses holding up through the wetness.
Even with the wet conditions, our standout shot putter Bre’ Asia McDade sill finished in first-place by a half-inch margin (33-08.50 between 33-08.00) to win the 2021 TAPPS State Championship.
